What Is Graduation Alliance?
Graduation Alliance is the official student portal for the University of Utah. It provides students with access to their academic records, degree progress, campus resources, and more.
To login to Graduation Alliance, students must have a valid NetID and password. Once logged in, students will be able to access their MyU portal account, which includes their academic record, degree progress, and campus resources.
To navigate through Graduation Alliance, students can use the menus on the left side of the page or the search bar at the top of the page. The menus include: (1) My Account; (2) Academics; (3) Campus Resources; (4) Degrees & Certificates; and (5) Student Activities.
The Academics menu includes: (1) Degree Progress; (2) Academic Records; (3) Course Listing Information; and (4) Enrollment Status. The Campus Resources menu includes: (1) Library Catalog ; (2) Campus Maps ; (3) Student Clubs & Organizations ; and (4) Disability Services . The Degrees & Certificates menu includes: (1) Your Degree Path ;(2) View Your Transcripts ;(3) Transfer Credit Info ; and(4). The Student Activities menu includes: Orientation Events ; Greek life at Utah ; Recreation & Wellness .
Creating Your Graduation Alliance Account
To sign up for a graduation alliance account, first navigate to the student portal and click on “My Account.”
On the My Account page, click on the blue “Graduation Alliance” link in the left nav bar.
You will be taken to a page where you can enter your name, email address, and password.
Once you have logged in, you will see the following page:
Click on the blue “Create New Alliance” button.
In the “Name of Your Alliance” box, type in your alliance’s name.
In the “Description of Your Alliance” box, type a brief description of your alliance.
In the “Contact Info for Leaders & Officers” box, type in your alliance’s contact information (email address and phone number).
In the “Membership Requirement” box, select whether your alliance is open to all students or just selected majors/disciplines.
Click on the blue “Create Alliance Profile” button.
Now that you have created your alliance profile, you will need to add members. To add members, click on the blue “Membership Info” link next to each member’s name. This will take you to a page where you can view their affiliation(s) and enrollment status(es). To login to the Graduation Alliance Portal, students will need their NetID and password. To find your NetID and password, follow these steps:
- Log in to MyUCO (https://myucol.com).
- Click on Academics on the left-hand menu.
- Under Student Services, click on Graduation Alliance Portal.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see your NetID and password.

The Graduation Alliance Student Portal is a one-stop shop for all your school-related needs. From registering for classes to tracking your grades, the Student Portal offers a user-friendly interface that makes navigating your academic journey easy.
To login to the Student Portal, first navigate to www.graduationalliance.org and click on the Login link in the upper right corner of the screen. Type in your username and password and hit Log In. You will then be taken to the Home page of the portal.
On the Home page, you will see three main sections: My Account, Classes, and Grades.
My Account is where you can manage all of your account information, such as your username, password, contact information, and course listings.
Classes is where you can view all of your classes currently enrolled in at Graduation Alliance schools. You can also add new classes or drop existing classes here.
Grades is where you can track your grades for each class you are enrolled in at Graduation Alliance schools. You can also add new grades or drop existing grades here.
Using the Graduation Alliance Messaging Center
The Graduation Alliance login and navigation center is a one-stop shop for all of your school-related needs. This is where you can access your grades, financial aid information, registration deadlines, and more.
To sign in to the Graduation Alliance messaging center, click the blue “Login” button on the main toolbar. You will be prompted to enter your username and password.
Once you have logged in, you can access all of the resources available through the Graduation Alliance. To start, click on the “Home” tab at the top of the page. This tab contains information about your current school, including your grades and class rankings. Under “ Financial Aid & Scholarships”, you can find information about scholarships and financial aid opportunities that are available to you as a graduate student.
