History of Tianas Sweet Fresh Cookies
Tiana’s Sweet Fresh Cookies started as a small family bakery back in 1999. The bakery was originally started by Tiana and her husband, Raymond.
In 2009, the bakery relocated to their current location in Arcadia, California. The bakery now produces over 200 different types of cookies each week!

How to make year-old Tiana’s sweet, fresh cookies?
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sift together 1 cup (235 mL) of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat together 3/4 cup (180 mL) of sugar and 2 eggs until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) of oil and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and mix well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Mix in 1/8 teaspoon (~6 g) of green food coloring if desired.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches (~5 cm) apart. Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges but still pale in the centers. Remove from the oven to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
