Stress can influence hormone regulation, which in turn impacts flora stability. Sleep is another factor, given that inadequate rest may affect immune response and make the body more vulnerable to imbalances. 

Maintaining regular physical activity, eating nutrient-dense foods, and practicing stress-reducing techniques all help create conditions where the vaginal microbiome can remain more stable.
