  • Always consider your skin type while selecting a moisturizer. For the warmer months, try using a gel-based moisturizer.
  • An oil-free, water-based moisturizer is best for combination skin. Use a cream-based moisturizer if your face and neck tend to dry out.
  • A cream-based moisturizer with added hydration characteristics is a good choice for dry skin types.
  • Hypoallergenic ones prevent irritating breakouts on sensitive skin.
  • To avoid clogging pores, oily skin requires non-comedogenic, oil-free moisturizers.
  • You need retinol (Vitamin A) in your night cream to moisturize your skin. Not all retinol-based lotions work for dry skin, so consult your doctor.
  • Use a weekly nighttime hydration mask for additional moisture.

3. Cover Skin

In addition to sunscreen, you should also wear clothing that will shield your face and body from the sun. Put on huge sunglasses, a full-coverage outfit, and a broad hat. Choose dark colors to absorb the sun’s rays and heavy materials to keep you out of the heat.

4. Avoid taking hot water bath

The skin becomes even more parched after bathing in hot water. A cold shower in the summer is a great way to chill down and keep your skin from being too dry. Keeping cool in the summer helps avoid dry, itchy skin caused by overheating.

6. Drink more water

4. Yoghurts
