Prague, the capital and cultural center of the Czech Republic, is an excellent choice for a European trip. If you want to see all the city has to offer, you should allow at least three full days there. Prague is at its most beautiful in the months of April, May, September, and October. These months draw smaller crowds, and you’ll likely enjoy the sun throughout the day. So, what exactly can you do if you only have 3 days to spend in the city? Let’s look at 3 must-do activities and things to see.

1. Go to the Shooting Range

Gun laws in the Czech Republic are quite strict, so you’re unlikely to meet many gun owners in the country. However, you can still enjoy shooting guns at open-air ranges. The most popular shooting range in Prague is the Prague Ranger. The place has 4 open-air ranges and offers free shuttle pickup. The place provides all the necessary equipment, guns, and ammo. The best part of the shooting experience is that you’ll be able to use all legendary firearms (AK-47s, AR-15s, shotguns, UZI, glocks, and sniper rifles. Work with the professional instructors on the site to ensure you stay safe and enjoy an exemplary shooting experience. You should remember that you have to be at least 12 years old. Everyone can join the party, whether you’re traveling alone or with a group.

2. Take a Walking Tour of the Main Tourist Sites

While it is easy to navigate the city with a vehicle, you’ll find it better to get up close to the main city attractions. The tour should start at the astronomical clock in the Old Town Square. In about 3 hours, you can explore the Old Town Square, Prague Castle, and Charles Bridge. This walk will show you how well the city is doing in regard to poverty, biodiversity, and sustainability. Make sure you also visit the John Lennon Wall. The wall became famous towards the end of the communist regime in the 1980s as students started writing John Lennon lyrics on it.

3. Take a Day Trip to Kutná Hora

On your trip to the city, you should also take a day trip to Kutna Hora. This town is known for the Sedlec Ossuary, a chapel that is adorned with over 40,000 human skeletons. Apart from this church, you should visit the overlooks, old preserved streets, and the town square. Kutná Hora is a historic town, and taking a guided tour can help you get immersed in the major events of the city’s history.

Conclusion

Prague, the nation’s capital, is a significant hub for both finance and culture. If you just have three days in the city, you should visit the old Kunta Hora town, go to a shooting range, and go on walking tours of the key sites. Make a list of the main sights inside and around the city so that you may adjust your tour schedule appropriately.
