The Latest Drama From Next Door
The neighbor from hell is back and she’s as divorcing and crybaby as ever. Chapter two of the saga continues with more drama, more fighting, and more tears. This time, it’s all caught on tape.
A Surprise Visit in the Middle of the Night
It was nearly midnight when I heard a knock at my door. I was surprised to find my neighbor, who I’ll call Harold, standing on my doorstep in the middle of the night. He looked like he’d been crying and he had a stack of papers in his hand.
Harold told me that he had just been served with divorce papers and he was in shock. He said that his wife had blindsided him and he didn’t know what to do. He asked if he could come in and talk for a bit, so I let him in.
We talked for hours about his marriage and the problems he was having. Harold cried off and on throughout our conversation. He said that he felt like a failure because his marriage was ending.
I tried to console Harold and tell him that it wasn’t his fault. I told him that sometimes things just don’t work out and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. I think I helped him to feel a little better by the time he left my house in the early morning hours.
The Ex-Husband Returns (Again)
After years of being divorced, my crybaby neighbor’s ex-husband has returned (again). This time, he’s been texting her non-stop and showing up at her house unannounced. She’s told him to leave her alone, but he won’t listen. I don’t know what she ever saw in him in the first place.
A New Boyfriend Already? The Revolving Door Continues
It’s been a year since my neighbor’s husband left her, and she’s already on her third boyfriend. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side, because she always seems to be dating someone new, while I’m stuck at home with my three kids.
I have to say that I’m a little bit jealous of her situation. It’s not that I want to date around or anything, but it would be nice to have some adult companionship once in awhile. My husband works long hours and I’m usually home alone with the kids. Don’t get me wrong, I love my kids more than anything, but it would be nice to have someone to talk to who isn’t under the age of 10.
My neighbor always has someone new over at her house and they seem to be having a lot of fun. I can’t help but feel a little bit left out when I see them laughing and joking together. Maybe one day I’ll find someone new too, but for now, I’m just happy being a mom.
When Will the Madness End?
The madness will end when the divorce is final and your neighbor has moved out. Until then, you will have to deal with the occasional crying fits, temper tantrums, and general drama that come with a divorce.
